This report was prepared by the Secretariat of the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) Civil Society Organization Network. The objective of the study is to link the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) on U.S.-Africa trade and economic cooperation and examine the challenges and opportunities influencing the future success of the Africa Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) in light of the pandemic.
